1. Age Requirement
SogeWorld is not directed at children under the age of 13. Our Platform is designed for users who are at least 13 years old. Users between 13 and 18 years of age should use the Platform only with parental or guardian consent and supervision.
2. No Collection of Children's Data
We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13 years of age. We do not target our services to children and do not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to create an account or make purchases.
3. COPPA Compliance
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our systems.
4. Parental Rights
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately. You have the right to review, request deletion of, and refuse further collection of your child's personal information.
5. Content Suitability
SogeWorld is a fashion and apparel marketplace. While our content is generally appropriate, the Platform includes e-commerce features such as payments and account creation that require adult supervision for minors. We do not display content that is inappropriate for general audiences.
6. Advertising
We do not serve interest-based advertising to users. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs or tracking pixels. No advertising is directed at children.
7. Data Practices for Minors
For users between 13 and 18 who use the Platform with parental consent, we collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our services (name, email, shipping address for orders). We do not share this data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use data from minors for profiling or behavioural targeting.
