By accessing or using SogeWorld ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Buying and Selling

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including descriptions, prices, and images. Buyers agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping and taxes. SogeWorld facilitates transactions but is not a party to the sale between buyers and sellers.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Paystack. By making a purchase, you agree to Paystack's terms of service. SogeWorld does not store your payment card details.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform to sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items. You may not engage in fraud, spam, or any activity that violates applicable laws. SogeWorld reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their product content. By listing on SogeWorld, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content on the Platform for the purpose of facilitating sales.

7. Limitation of Liability

SogeWorld is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
